Horrible visit! Requested cost estimate ahead of time which was not given, so I could determine whether it was even worth going. Went anyway, arrived early, and two staffers (one a supervisor) plus myself tried to reach billing to answer my question before my appointment time. Each time no-one responded in billing during their regular business hours. Was later told their system was down at that time - in which case it was their responsibility to alert the rest of the company so as to avoid a situation like I and their staff had when getting no responses. Since I was already there, I barely decided to keep the appointment and deal with the bill as needed when it arrives. The receptionist then tells me that it's now 15 minutes past my appointment time (due to having to chase after billing), past the courtesy period, so I cannot be seen that day unless there is a no-show or if they can somehow squeeze me in. What?! I should not only be next, but receive a big apology after they wasted my time and their own, too. They also asked me for an Approval Letter for the lower cost, stating it was sent out. I never received it and why wasn't it scanned into my profile or chart on their compute

I've been going to this place for years. The Dr., even the previous Dr. Brown are awsome in the sense of bedside manners. So are some of the nurses. However the policies of this company are unbelievable. My son's school is around the corner at Abate, 2 minutes away. Today my son had a asthma attack in gym. In gym he was doing push-ups and had his hands on the gym floor. During his asthma attack he was rubbing his eye. When I picked him up the school nurse advised I take him to the Dr office to be seen since his eye was swelling, amd to get some paperwork filled out. An asthma attack with facial swelling doesn't sound good. He appeared okay stating he feels a little less than normal amd his vital signs were good, but myself as a nurse agreed with the school nurse and decided to take him around the corner to see his doctor as he did not appear to be in an emergency situation but the facial swelling was concerning. I gave him some chewable Benadryl and took him to the Dr office on highland Ave at 1015 am. The parking lot was nearly empty, the main lobby was empty except for 3 members of staff socializing amd playing solitary cards on the computer. I explained i would like the Dr

Been going here for years, will absolutely stop now. I let them know I was in a no fault car accident and I just wanted to get a simple checkup to see if I'm okay. The lady told me absolutely not and trued to redirect me, I don't travel under no circumstances and I just wanted to make sure my leg was okay as it was injured previously. I will be moving doctors, absolutely unprofessional and had no backbone. And insensitive as he'll! This place went bad after Dr brown left!

Took my son there yesterday, and we had a wonderful experience considering it was his first time at the clinic. The Dr and staff were very kind and made the whole experience smooth. Dr. Robert Salis was awesome. He was thorough and listened to all our concerns patiently and gave us all the information we needed to know.
